A first working research foundation for Entriva.ai now exists. It connects business situations that may create demand for legal services with possible signals an outsider might observe. This is a completed analytical work package, not proof that Entriva has detected those needs in live monitoring or sold services autonomously.
What we built
- 18 legal practice areas, covering 390 specialties.
- 1,950 possible legal-need hypotheses: five business situations considered for each specialty.
- 5,842 candidate signal–hypothesis links, classified by whether a public signal might emerge before, during or after the relevant situation.
- A first source-discovery framework, distinguishing the company's own digital channels, news and press releases, public registers and decisions, and legislation or political changes.
- A flexible company-first monitoring approach: start from a watchlist, examine the company's own digital presence, examine the wider news picture, then examine other relevant public sources; revisit the company's channels when another source produces a signal.
The individual work packages are documented in separate working files. The 5,842 links are not deduplicated unique market signals, and none of the counts establish real demand.
What the framework helps us investigate
A company announcement can point toward several different legal questions. An announced acquisition, for example, might relate to M&A, financing, employment, tax and competition matters. Rather than count it five times as five separate events, the framework makes it possible to connect one event to several hypotheses.
The framework also records important absences. Confidential disputes, internal investigations, private employment matters and unexpected incidents do not necessarily have observable public precursors.
During source discovery, a plausible source stays on the list even when it has not yet been verified. That is a decision about how broadly we investigate, not an assertion that the source has produced a reliable signal.
What is not yet built or proved
A validated source-by-source registry is still to be completed. We have not demonstrated systematic coverage, legal and technical access to every candidate source, reliable early detection, correct company identification or a measurable rate of true legal needs.
This research foundation is also not evidence that the larger Entriva program can engage buyers, secure instructions or complete transactions without human involvement. Those remain separate commercial and technical tests.
Connected work
- The working problem: can Entriva.ai find customers and sell without human involvement?
- Field note: A signal is a reason to look, not a reason to sell
- Entriva.ai website
The next step is to examine concrete candidate sources and test the hypotheses against a defined list of companies, while keeping uncertainty visible.
