MAS.Ai is a commercial intelligence project for law firms built around a simple question: can observable changes in the market help a law firm understand possible legal demand earlier and act on it more intelligently?
Where it started
The project grew out of the working problem: Can law firms detect demand before the buyer starts looking for legal help?
That problem is still open. Built does not mean the thinking is finished.
What we built
MAS.Ai turns observable market changes into structured commercial intelligence that can be investigated, matched to relevant law firms and lawyers, and followed through to real outcomes.
The underlying system continues to evolve as we learn more about signals, need, fit, timing, authority and outcomes. The important shift is that the idea is no longer only a hypothesis or a slide — there is now a real system and a public surface around it.

What I am learning from it
Building MAS.Ai has made the commercialization problem more precise. Detecting a signal is not the same as identifying a need. Identifying a possible need is not the same as being the right firm or lawyer. And producing a recommendation is not the same as learning whether it was right.
That is why the work increasingly connects observation, hypotheses, matching, evidence, human decisions and outcomes rather than treating lead generation as the whole problem.
