Thor is a real-estate commercialization service built through L&F CG. It helps property businesses connect their strengths to the projects, assignments and customer relationships they are best positioned to pursue.
The work is designed for developers, property owners, managers, contractors, landlords, brokers, builders and other businesses across the property value chain. Their markets and buying situations differ. Thor gives each business a structured way to understand its position, choose where to focus and turn those choices into action.
Where it started
Thor began with a practical question: Can Thor help real-estate businesses find the projects and assignments they are best placed to win?
That question moves the work from broad market visibility toward a more useful sequence: what does the business do well, where does that fit, which opportunities deserve attention, and what should happen next?
What is built
Thor brings together a set of connected commercialization deliverables:
- Commercialization analysis and report adapted to real-estate businesses.
- Right to Win analysis to identify the opportunities where a company's offer, evidence and capacity are a strong fit.
- Prioritized accounts and account briefs for relevant owners, developers, tenants, partners, clients or project opportunities.
- ABM playbooks that translate account priorities into tailored messages and next steps.
- Real Estate Benchmark, a separate property-sector comparison and analysis service.
- Activation planning to assign activity, responsibility and a practical 90-day sequence.
- Relevant public tenders, where suitable information is available.
The analysis, benchmark and report templates have been adapted for property businesses rather than carrying over legal-sector terminology or assumptions.
How the work connects
Commercial position → Right to Win → priority opportunities → account briefs and playbooks → owned activity → learning.
The analysis makes the starting position visible. Right to Win turns it into choices. Account plans make those choices specific to real organizations and opportunities. The team can then decide what to do, who owns the next step and what evidence to review afterward.
This is a commercialization method and service, not a promise that software or a score alone will create a project or win a mandate. The business still owns its customer relationships and decisions.

What remains to be proven
The service, analysis materials, public site and dedicated real-estate benchmark now exist. That is what “built” means here. It does not yet prove that the method increases win rates, shortens sales cycles or produces more projects across every part of the property industry.
Those outcomes need to be observed across more businesses and over time. The next work is to learn where the analysis creates the clearest decisions, which opportunity signals are useful for each role, and whether teams consistently turn the recommendations into better commercial action.
